This is an emulsion transfer i've done using fujichrome slide film. The slides were then printed onto polaroid film. tack mat (or whatever it's called) was applied to the front of the picture. The edges were scored, then they were placed in boiling water until the emulsion started lifting off. Afterwards the picture was placed in cold water. At this point I used my fingers to peel the emulsion off the picture. Then I carefully placed it onto 130 pound moist paper and played with it a little.
